With all these mountains it naturally follows that Nepal has some of the best white water rafting in the world ! Combined with the mountain scenery, rich cultural heritage white-sand beaches, rafting in Nepal has become extremely popular in recent years. Modern rafts, experienced staff and well maintained equipment means that even completed beginners can safely enjoy most of Nepal’s rivers as they fall into the grade 1 to 4 category.

TRISULI RIVER ADVENTURE
This river is very popular as access to the Prithivi Highway makes "breaking off" the journey easy. Trisuli is also an ideal beginner's river.

SUNKOSHI RIVER ADVENTURE 
The Sunkoshi. means "Golden River' flows through the great valley between the Mahabharat lekh mountains & Himalayan. It forms the watershed for most of Eastern Nepal, gathering strength from many glaciers fed tributaries on its way to India & the Ganges. Rafting the Sunkoshi river is a unique experience, a rare combination of scenic beauty, cultural encounters & exciting white water. So Sunkoshi is one of the most enjoyable river in the world. Rafting put-in point is Dolalghat, which is just two hours drive from Kathmandu to take-out point at Chatara. far down in the Gangetic plain ( 8 days on the river ). The Sunkoshi starts off fairly relaxed, with small class two rapids & small class three rapids to warm up on during the 1st couple of days. While the lower sections of large volume rivers are usually flat, the Sunkoshi reserves some of its biggest & best rapids for the last days Everyday 5 hours paddling on the river except first & last day. rapid countered class 4 to 5 according to class 1-6.

A total of 105 km covered in four days with excellent white water, and magnificent mountain views of the Annapurna South, the Fishtail Peak and Machhapuchhre.

KARNALI RIVER ADVENTURE 
Karnali zone is Far West of Nepal and this is name of one of the nice river of Nepal. which starts from the Kanziroba and glacier of other small peaks as well as Rara lake Rapid encountered on this river is 1 to 5 class. Being the longest river in all of Nepal, the Karnali drains a huge & well-developed catchments Spring snowmelts can drive the river up dramatically in a matter of hours, as the river rises the difficulty increases exponentially. The river flows through steep & constricted kayos where the rapids are close together, giving little opportunity to correct for potential mistakes The trip starts with along but interesting bus ride (optional flight) over to the far West of Nepal. an area only recently opened to tourism From the frontier town of Surkhet there is a lovely two day trek through lowland Sal forest to the village of Saul. From Sauli it's 180 km to the nest road access at Chisopani, on the northern border of the Royal Bardia National Park. The river section takes about seven days, giving plenty of time to explore some of the side canyons and waterfalls, which comes in to the river valley

ARUN RIVER ADVENTURE 
The easiest way to get to this river is catching a plane to put in point at Tumlingtar. Alternatively one can drive for 1 1/2 days and then trek for three days. The Arun is one of the more advanced rivers in Nepal, and although only three days on the river the scenic mountain views and the unique wildlife makes it all worth while.

TAMUR RIVER ADVENTURE 
The watershed for the River Tamur extends from the slopes of the mountains of the Umbhak Himal on the border with Tibet, across to the slopes of Kanchanjunga (the world's third highest peak). It is an outstandingly beautiful river with superb views of the Himalaya mountain range, including Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchanjunga and Mt. Makalu. The river trip includes around 120 km of continuous 125 rapids , grade 3 to 4, with some graded -5 , making one of the best white water expedition trips in the world. The trip is organized by Abode Asia Travel & tours Inc and starts with an internal flight or drive from Kathmandu to Biratnagar in the far South-East of Nepal. From there, we take a private bus to drive to Basantapur in the Tehrathum Region, where we camp overnight. The following day, we begin an awe-inspiringly beautiful 5 day trek to Dobhan through the remote Taplejung region of Eastern Nepal. From Dobhan we begin the exhilarating 5 day rafting and kayaking trip, which includes a day relaxing on a remote river beach or an optional one day trek visiting local villages. Finally, there's an overnight drive by private bus back to Kathmandu or an optional internal flight to Kathmandu.

SETI RIVER ADVENTURE 
The put in point is at Damauli where on the second day the Seti merge into the Trisuli. Only two days on the river, the Seti is a fairly short trip, but offers beautiful mountain views of the Annapurna South.

BHOTE KOSHI RIVER ADVENTURE 
The Bhote Koshi is one of the recently opened rivers & represents the forefront of river rafting, which is just three hours far from Kathmandu. It is the steepest river rafted in Nepal technical & totally committing With a gradient of 80 feet per mile it is a full eight times steeper then Sunkoshi which it feeds further downstream The rapids are steep & continuous class 4 with continuous class 3 in between At high flows several of rapids will be solid class 5 & consequences for mistakes on the entire river will become caustic. This river rafting as possible at fix during the low water.

MARSYANGDI RIVER ADVENTURE 
Only recently opened to commercial rafting. The Marsyangdi is the hardest white water rafting in Nepal therefore only few tourist have explored this river. The trip starts with a tough busied from Dumre to Besisahar which is the good opportunity to steal your nerves & awaken your flight responses If you are trek from Besisahar up to the village of Ngadi with great view of Manaslu and the Annapurna ahead of you the whole time From Ngadi downstream to the end of the trip at Bimalnagar It's the pretty much solid white water, rapids are steep. Technical & consecutive making the Marsyangdi a serious undertaking at any water level like the Bhote Koshi.
