The easiest way to get to this river is catching a plane to put in point at
Tumlingtar. Alternatively one can drive for 1 1/2 days and then trek for three days. The Arun is one of the more advanced rivers in Nepal, and although only three days on the river the scenic mountain views and the unique
wildlife makes it all worth while.
