We, being desirous of climbing …………….. meter high ……………………..Himalayan peak of the kingdom of Nepal in autumn/ winter / spring season of the year……, do hereby apply in accordance with the Tourism Act. 2035 and the Mountaineering Expedition Regulation, 2036.Upon obtaining the permit for carrying out the expedition the peak herein before referred to, we will confine our activities subject to the limits specified to the general laws of Nepal and the law relating to mountaineering expeditions.
